The Great Room with its 17' ceiling height adds a massive feeling, while the main floor bedrooms and bath are ample for guests or family. The loft floor is often used as a large master bedroom. Many of our customers have added a bath or full dormer to make the loft even more spacious and functional. Loft floor beams extend outside the rear wall to provide for a deck.
